Removed trailing spaces and tabs and fixed mixing of spaces and tabs for indention.

Added comment to reason the missing regular expression anchor to the end of the user agent signature.

Unified redundant methods AMFSerializer::writeAmf3Int() and AMFSerializer::getAmf3Int().

Do not rely on $HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA alone, but also read from 'php://input'.
This fixes SourceForge #1717254 - AMF, JSON and XMLRPC work the same way regarding this now.

When writing a string, cast it into a string before working with it.
This implements/fixes SourceForge #3039263.

These changes are present in AMFPHP 1.9 release archive.

Added @todo comment regarding hacks made to make AMFPHP work
with mbstring function overloading. Added commented out "correct"
version as well, in case mbstring function overloading is not enabled.

Reformatted PHP source code: Removed trailing whitespaces, moved curly brackets
from separate line to end of "if statement" line and used curly brackets for one-line
"if statements" as well.

Added note that disableStandalonePlayer() should not be relied on.
