Fixed support for long MinGW Windows commands. Thanks to Curt Arnold for pointing at this solution.

Upgrade to Apache Ivy 2.0.0 RC 1

Use Ivy beta2, use IvyConfigure instead of IvyAntSettings (which no longer extends Task in trunk)

Fix for bug 2015469 - Modified CaptureStreamHandler so that it spawns threads
to read from stdout and stderr simultaneously. This should prevent deadlocks
if no data is available on stderr, but stdout has filled it's buffer.

Adding in Ivy 2.0 support, but maintaining backward compatibility with Ivy 1.4.1
