Re-import with new directory structure.

Removed empty dirs and some old functions/classes. Added emptydirs tool.

Working on function cleanup. Switching to use abbreviated names when referencing functions in current namespace.

Changed db class to use function wrappers, minor modifications regarding script caching.

Added script caching. Does not work with namespaces however.

Basic function cleanup.
