our english speaking colleagues have troubles finding the right articles with the search, because even though the english articles are listed as suggestions, the article name is "german title/en". So they have to click through all suggestions and check if they got what they were looking for.
Is there a way to fix that for regular users, our administrators in the company or is programming of the software necessary?

An alternative of a programming might be the creating of articles with redirects, is that a workflow for you?
View and moderate all "feature-requests Discussion" comments posted by this user
Mark all as spam, and block user from posting to "Feature Requests"
Thats how its done right now.
"German title": has German content
"German title/en": has English content
"English title": has only the redirect function, no other content.
So when you search for English terms, of course the article titles in the form "German title/en" are listed as suggestions.
Or is there another way of redirecting? The above way enables us to use the buttons with the flags of the languages next to the article and I guess it supposed to stay that way.
