#1 Patch to allow user to manually set idle time
Just what it says. Adds 's' command to manually set
idle time. If the user is not configured to report idle
time in the config file, it will temporarily enable
this reporting so the time can be updated as time goes
on; it will be reset when the user manually goes back
to the unidle state by executing 's' with no arguments.
