#102 Clonezilla freezes after selecting disk to disk clone
Hi,
Clonezilla freezes directly after selecting "local disk to local disk clone". On the command line it says "excluding busy partition or disk..." followed by "disk number: 3".
After that, nothing happens. I can still type in the command line though.
I've tried both stable versions of Clonezilla, and I get the same result everytime. Any other ideas?

Maybe the Linux kernel does not support your hardware well, so the hard drives are not detected.
Did you try the testing Clonezilla live? Like 2.5.5-10 or 20171218-*?

They come with newer Linux kernel so it might help.

I had this problem today. If one of your disks is locked, it will not proceed. You must unlock every drive connected to your computer even if it is not a target or source.
