Hello guys,
first of all: thanks for the great job, use clonezilla really a long time now end never had serious problems.
but now ive got a big issue: i want to build a live usb stick with a cloned image on it, using the newest alternative stable. i created the iso with a live usb stick and the working image (tested) and installed it via win32diskimager (and tested with LiLi usb creator too). After booting from the stick it shows me a "Kernel Panic : VFS :Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block" error. I´m using the default options while creating the live stick, just like always. could you help me here?
edit: the tool i'm using is not win32diskimager, it was "universal usb installer" and "LiLi usb creator". Also tried Rufus. Didnt boot with any of them.
an older version of "universal usb installer" fixed the bug, now its bootable...
Did you try tuxboot? http://tuxboot.org
Or any method mentioned here:
