Hello.

I've made a Clonezilla backup of Windows system disk and now trying to restore it. But Clonezilla fails to restore data to the same disk.

The reason is that when backup was made Clonezilla made backup of two partitions.

But in the restore process it creates more partitions and can't restore data due to partition size mismatch.

I've attached log files so you can understand a problem.

This is weird. How come your dev-fs.list is not consistent with sda-pt.sf and sda-pt.parted?
The sda-pt.sf looks very weird to me. It has partition type=42 which looks like is for Win2K?

Sorry, I've forgot to mention that it is a backup Windows Server 2019 with Dynamic Disk. That's a reason for a weird partition type.
The most confusing thing to me is why does CloneZilla backups only two partitions, but restores four.
I'll make a video of backup process later today.

Sorry, can't keep the promise. The issue can be closed.
