Hi again,

This is a question I've been thinking about for a while and thought I'd
just throw it out there.

What would you think of switching the development language to C++?

I've had some doubts about the Java language in terms of support, speed,
security, and lifetime.

I'd provide examples of each, but I'm sure you know what I'm talking
about.

The primary reason would be speed issues. Using even mildly intensive
Java apps show a noticeable drop in speed and usability. 

They're just Ideas, I'd like to hear what people have to say.

Also, If I decided to create a C++ version of part of it, would it be
able to talk to the Java versions? I'm not sure if that would be an
issue or not.
