DOMIT! - A DOM XML Parser for PHP News

We are pleased to announce the release of DOMIT! version 0.8. The current version moves closer to DOM Level 1 compliance, with a number of enhancements in the parsing and representation of the xml prolog.

Some convenience methods have also been added for handling non-ASCII characters through UTF-8 encoding, string normalization has been improved, performance optimizations have been introduced, and problems with the cloneNode method have been resolved.
