Arduino DRV8833 Motor Controller Library Code

Added output directory to doxyfile.

Slight changes to doxyfile due to move to /doc. Add doxygen output directory to ignore list.

Moved doc.txt and doxyfile to /doc.

Removed doc directory from ignore list and added to project.

Added URL for TI DRV8833 product page to doc.txt Corrected grammatical error.

Broke out main page documentation to non-source .txt file. This is mainly so that if I automate the "build" of the release archive in the future, I can do variable injection for URLs(ie, edit or write doc.txt on the fly) without having to worry about touching any of the actual source files.

Creating tag for 0.2 release.

Importing project into sourceforge.
