There is a new PyUML version 1.2.2. The changes are that refactoring code from a changed model element (e.g. renaming classes) is working again.
Also there is a new experimental update site. At this site, support for creating import statements on class inheritance was added again.
Please not that such statements might not work if you are already importing the class by a statement other than "import ClassX from classx"... read more
Hello,
there is a new PyUML version 1.2.1 that added compatibility to pyDev 1.4.6 and above. PyDev version below 1.4.6 are no longer supported.
That was necessary because pyDev changed the interface in version 1.4.6.
You can use the Update Manager to update PyUML and pyDev to the latest versions

Hello all,
there is a new PyUML Version (v1.2) available.
It is working with all Eclipse versions from 3.3 on.
Now there is also an update site for a comfortable installation of PyUML:
http://eclipse-pyuml.sourceforge.net/update_site
Finally, there is an (incomplete) English user guide in the download area.
Unfortunately, Live Validation had to be disabled to work with Eclipse >= 3.3.
Have fun!... read more
I'm sorry to warn you that Eclipse-PyUML only works with Eclipse 3.3.1 and 3.3.2, but *not* with 3.4 (Ganymede) yet.
This is because the Uml2Tools had to be changed to make Live Validation work, so that we have a dependency on the old Graphical Modeling Framework...
I will change this when I have time!
Help is always welcome, also with creating an update site!
Greetings, Martin
Hello everyone,
I uploaded some screenshots available under Project-> Screenshots.
There are examples for a UML diagram, created code, live validation and Views.
When I will have the time I will add some screenshots that demonstrate complete roundtripping better...
Regards, Martin
The User Guide in the download sections was updated to be displayed on all PDF readers.
Excusement to all non-german-speakers! An English guide will be submitted later.
Although the software can be tested by downloading the "all-plugins" zip file and copying it into a working eclipse installation (You can download the "Eclipse for Java developers", at least version 3.3.1).
