I copied the content of plugins and features folders in:
pyUML-1.0.1-Plugin.zip
PyUML-1.0-all-plugins.zip
to the same folders under /Applications/eclipse in OS X. I have PyDev 1.3.17 installed. No pyUML buttons are visible in the toolbar in PyDev perspective.
