update Portuguese in Windows installer file.

Last minute Level bug fixes

Two README files were missing in the Mac distribution image

Change mac app development region from German to English so the warning dialog that can pop up when resuming after a crash that does not respect the system locale setting is more likely to be understood by a randome user

Ignore an assert in ecl_video.

An unknown bug caused an assert in Surface::blit to trigger.
The bug was only reported by a single player and is not
reproducible for us. This patch circumvents the assert and
just continues without blitting anything. This should result
in a missing graphical element during gameplay instead of an
assert-induced crash. We hope to identify the original bug
this way.

Add three more contributors to the homepage.

Includes two new authors and one translator from 0.92, see previous commit.
