#23 Handle latex special entities
This patch is applied as of Debian version 3.0.1-9. It adds \usepackage[T1]{fontenc} and \usepackage{lmodern}, so that the latex and related output can handle characters such as » and « . The original patch was submitted by Mike Gabriel in Debian bug #614570 (http://bugs.debian.org/614570). I modified Mike's patch to add the lmodern package, which seems to fix observed problems with very slow dvips rendering times. For the formats I can easily check (i.e. PDF), the output appears legible.
