Excalibur spelling checker Code

Corrected an incorrect comment.

Joan added the GPL notice at the top of each file.

Adjusted the types of files Excalibur can open. I think I have it
right this time.

Added file extensions for the files Excalibur will open.

Forgot to add this file to the project.

I needed to change a setting to get the build to work.

Excalibur is now a universal binary. There is some new byte
swapping in dict.c that makes this work.

Fixed a bug that caused Excalibur not to present the Open File dialog
on startup if that option was set.

Excalibur now uses MoreFilesX instead of MoreFiles. This required
some hacking of these files to get it to compile. The MoreFiles
directory is still necessary because we use some stuff that's there.

Got rid of the old About Box which was never used anyway. The current
about box has copyright information that is consistent with what GNU
says we should use.

Fixed a number of minor issues to make compiler warnings go away.

Got rid of a CODE resource that warned that Excalibur was PPC only.
It would have never been executed anyway. A Motorola machine wouldn't
see the file unless Excalibur was a single file.

This version should be close to what we want for a 4.0.3 release. We
still need to add information to each file saying that it is under
GPL.
