Repaired a bug that caused Excalibur to enter an infinite loop when a sytax error occured at the end of a file.

Compiled with all warnings turned on and found some uninitialized
variable. None of them were errors, but fixed them so that the
compile is clean.

Fixed three bugs:

1. The minipage environment is now processed properly. It has three
optional arguments and 1 required. Excalibur will ignore them all.

2. When doing text to dictionary conversions, Excalibur calculates the
number of words it should process before updating the progress
bar. There was a bug when doing this for fewer than 25 words which
caused a crash on Intel machines. It is now fixed.

3. Suggestions always have the same capitalization as the misspelled
words. This is now true for suggestings that come from
AppleScript.

Fixed a problem with MoreFilesX that prevented it from compilng. I
just commented out a prototype.

This is version 4.0.5 unless there are last minute changes.

Fixed a bug with the processing of starred commands.

Allow first argument of \newcommand and \renewcommand to have optional braces.

Improved reporting of a missing delimiter in a verbatim environment.

Got rid of window zoom effects.

I also updated the header of each file. Each file now identifies
itself as C++ to emacs. The GNU header is exactly 80 characters wide.

Added the manual to the repository. Note that I have included the
dictionary I use to spell check the manual and the Definitions file.
The definitions file is in the data fork so the repository will see
it. Move it back to the resource fork to make it useful.

Removed all the CURS resources from Excalibur.rsrc since Excalibur no
longer uses any special cursors such as the sword or the wafer.
