Fixed the ignore property

Added New Files to SVN which are present on website

Copied changed file from live website

Added all the website changes to the SVN tree.
These have continued to be stored in cvs, even though the repository moved to svn.

This does not capture the full history, but does get us the latest set of changes.

Use correct registration key when removing a conversation from the dictionary.

Don't show Free in the status since it is confusing at to what it means.

lipo fails if it is already lipoed, so run lipo on the copy after it is copied, but use the source as input.

Give priority to darwin ports over fink because it tends to build better.
Also, if you happen to have OTREncryption built on another architecture, and name it properly within the build dir, it will now lipo them together so you can have a universal plugin.

The double display of messages gets annoying.

Guess that Xcode 2.3 updates the project a bit...
