When you need to modify the file date more precisely (for example, to change the order of a large number of consecutive pictures), it is sometimes not enough to only be accurate to one minute.
Maybe a "seconds" input box, or options like "+1s" or "-1s" would be a good idea.
I've just allowed to enter time by pattern HH:mm:ss
