#60 Allow Hunspell class to be instantiated with buffer

Rather than passing the Hunspell a filepath string, this patch makes it so that Hunspell can accept the raw output buffer of a file (i.e. a giant string of data). A new interface class has been created from which FileMgr and the new StrMgr inherit. Hunspell can still work the old way, but this allows distributed systems to not have to be tied down to an OS's file system for the data-store.
