kestrel-lib:
- Splitted into:
- reconfigure-lib: Reconfiguration functions.
- node-status-lib: Node status functions.
- check_kestrel_daemon:
- Detects if kestrel is enabled
- Improved the failure messages
- New msg and warning functions
- New kestrel_dialog function

Note: This is an quite unstable and partial commit, part of a big refactoring.

kestrel-daemon:
- Set VERBOSE flag
- Use KESTREL_RPC_FIFO variable
- Use new node-status-lib (refactored from kestrel-lib)

kestrel-reconfigure:
- Added os detection when enabling KestrelHPC. Saves OS_* variables in ${KESTREL_SHARE}/default.d/internal_detected_os
- Added missed check_root

debian/control:
- Add lsb-release as a dependency
