* implemented Node X/Y in Properties pane

* improved Kage Studio file format; making it more XML-compatible
* fixed incomplete vector data in exporting/saving
* depending on selected tool, Properties pane will display corresponding 'properties'
* minor optimization on handleNodesMouseUp
