#55 Failed to Initialize Application Error
Hi,
I have been using Launchy 1.25 without problems, but recently I tried 2.00 and it won’t even start up. It installs without a hitch, but when I run it, it gives the following error dialog:
[Launchy.exe - Application Error]
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150004). Click on OK to terminate the application.
I strongly suspect that it is due to the new VC8 requirement, but do not know how to solve it. I can’t help but notice that the manifest that comes in Launchy’s Microsoft.VC80.CRT folder contains different SHA1 hashes for the DLLs, and that msvcm80.dll isn’t even in the folder.
