#84 Patch: Add an option to make secondary axis logarithmic in draw
Draw is a very versatile package. One of the fev things it is missing (and that gnuplot can do) is using logarithmic secondary axis. Thought before I always use a user_preamble it is better to add this functionality to the code itself.
Did split the patch into one file per feature (hope that is good praxis) and then didn't find to upload 3 files to one bug so I put them into a .tgz file.
