Added New Multiline pane text elements with automatic scroll and examples:

+New "Text_Indicator_JV" Located at "\FrontElements\2String" This Element allows show multiline text and enables scroll bars when needed. (Mouse scroll enabled) and It can be used as Label.
+New "Text_Control_JV" Located at "\FrontElements\2String" This Element allows to the user input multiline text.
+New "Panel_Test_Elements_Example_JV" Located at \VirtualMachines\English Examples\Multiline_Text_Elements (English Example).
+New "Ejemplo_Panel_de_texto_JV" Located at \VirtualMachines\Espanol Ejemplos\Elementos Panel de Texto JV (Spanish Example).
