#263 Support for MSX models without keyboard
Some MSX models have no keyboard at all, like the Daewoo CPC-51 Zemmix V. Some only have an optional keyboard, but usually none connected, like the Daewoo CPC-61 Zemmix Super V. Some have an external keyboard which is most often connected, like the Philips NMS 8250/55/80, Sony HB-F500/700/900, etc.
It would be good to at least have support for the first case, where there is no keyboard connector at all. So, to be able to specify in the hardware config XML file that there is no keyboard connector and so that no key presses ever reach the MSX.
