It would be nice to have a comment attached to each
node/arc, that could be edited from the GUI (like
tokens, weights, rates, etc.) as free multi-line text.
Such comments would be a first step to support various
net extensions: one could use PIPE as a graphical
editor and enter the extension-related information as
comments. These comments could then be used by a
third-party tool aware of the extension.
