The primary and slave displays should act the same as -dev xcairo where moving forward a page on the primary display also forces the the slave display to move forward a page and exiting the primary display forces the slave display to exit as well. Instead, for -dev wxwidgets, the slave display flashes on the screen and then disappears immediately, i.e., there appears to be no connection between slave display and primary display.
