Fix playback. There are some bugs for stuff that actually uses the sequencer capabilities of having 2 patterns playing at once, but mostly stuff should be working.

Change to using c++14 by default on linux/os x

Delete some files that shouldn't have been versioned in the first place.

changed the range of the ressonance and bandwidth for the new filters. Changed defaults.
Fixed crash on sampler when changing the resampling method with a playing voice.
Reset envelopes on new instrument on pattern ( FT2 feature ).
Confirmation to delete shared samples.
bugfix in sampulse mixer view.

Various fixes for Linux builds.

More work on the GUI side of things for QPsycle.
Some work on re-factoring how psycle-core stores pattern events. This still needs some work and currently the program doesn't work as expected.

added psycle luascripts: serpent.lua (serializer), adsr (defines an adsr); update on parameter.lua (assign velocity ranges, fixes on tweak values(round according to step), new creators for onoff knobs and led knobs

added dyndialog, added more sse2 ops, fixes in psdelay module, added new osc methods (setam,fm,pm,pwm)

Fix on envelope editor when using the ADSR mode (both, in dragging and in slider movement).
