Fixes in load configuration if a setting is not present.
Fixed preview volume could become silent.

+ Implemented tweak replace, to allow removing tweak values.
* Several changes on loading instruments: Audio preview of instruments, not only samples. Instruments now load to both sampler and sampulse instrument list. Envelopes are copied to sampler ADSR envelope. Samples can be loaded as sampulse intrument, SVX instruments now load as instruments (with the correct note mapping). ADSR conversion (sampulse instrument button to change envelope to ADSR) improved.
* Saving samples to wav now writes the SMPL and INST chunks, keeping information of volume, note tuning and loops. (Also means it uses the helpers implementation now instead of the old riff code)
* Filter cutoff for sinc resampler at 0.95 instead of 1 now.
* some code changes in lua to avoid "non-standard extension" on compilation.
* Small change in instrument note map, to have a shorter list of samples.
! Fixes in SVX loading of envelopes (not tested but now it probably is correct)
! Small fix on mouse menu of master machine. (now allows to see the machine parameters)
! bug in seeking was setting the wrong sample offset. This caused VSTs that use synchronization to not position to the correct place.
! Fixed tab control position of some dialogs
