Modified build system to use Ivy for resolveing dependencies.

At the same time, several libraries were upgraded to their latest
versions.

Removed sitll some obsolete libraries.

Removed the obsolete old web site from the project

Finally removed all dependencies to OJB

Improvements to migrating old Photovault databases to new ones.

The migration handles now better cases in which tere are several
originals with exactly the same image contents. Thes will produce
identical copies, and now all of these are associated with only one
original.

Improved XMP metadata in exported images.

Also, started to work with XMP metadata parser, but that work is still
rudimentary and not included in actual Photovault executable.

Fixed failing test configuration

Added missing Apache commons codec library to svn.

FIxed schema migration bugs. Added seed data for migration test cases.

Fixed typo in boolean expression
