Added html directory. It contains part of the necessary code to generate html documents.

Factorized info form code

Added evaluation list, completed evaluation info form.
Added header selection and edition (double click) in marksTable.
Improved coeff input widget.
Moved old forms to unused directory.

Updated FormBuilder and added OkCancelForm class.
Updated studentInfo and evaluationInfo forms.

So, in current update I have added a full mark grid based on SourceGrid.
I added copy/paste, cell conditional styling, and data binding.
The model has been updated too.

Updated MarkSourceGridForm to partial designer class.
Replaced GridView by SourceGrid
