#124 Default Prohibited Processes Found
Hi,
I am trying to update SEB from 2.4 to the newest 3.1. I have deinstalled 2.4 with Windows deinstaller and deleted all SafeExamBrowser files and folders I can find (i.e. in ProgramData & AppData) before installing the new version.
Wenn I try to open the Config-tool I get this message: "Settings contain at least one of the default prohibited processes (mostly web browsers), which should not run when SEB is used with the Disable Explorer Shell kiosk mode. As your settings are not using Disable Explorer Shell, do you want to remove those default prohibited processes from the configuration?"
Choosing Yes does not solve the Problem.
I have tried this with two PCs, both Windows 10.
If you can give any hint how to solve this I would be really grateful!
This isn't anything that will impact your usage of SEB in particular, unless you'd like to allow a browser with SEB. If not, you can just ignore this message.
