Hi
I have installed both SEB_3.1.1.250 and SEB_3.1.0.288 and with both versions, I am unable to zoom using Ctrl-Mousewheel (Win) or cmd +/- , even though I have 'Enable page zoom' and 'Zoom Mode (Win)' both enabled.
It used to work with SEB Windows v2.3 which we last used. Have I missed another setting.

Also if we have the Browser Window Toolbar enabled, is there a means to disable the SEB browser Back and Forward arrows/buttons?

Thanks

Neal

CTRL+Mousewheel is not supported in SEB 3.x. CTRL and + or - should work, however note that e.g. on a German keyboard without numeric keypad, you'll need to press CTRL+SHIFT+1 in order to enter CTRL and +.

You can disable navigation in the browser tab of the configuration tool. You can furthermore also use the zoom controls in the browser menu, if it is enabled in the configuration.

Thanks Damian, zoom works when using the numeric keypad as you said.

With the navigation, if we disable navigation by not enabling the Browser Window Toolbar, then the zoom controls are also not available then. We are wanting to access the zoom controls and also the reload but not the back and forward. Possibly not possible with the current configuration settings.

Actually the other keyboard zoom behaviour CTRL+SHIFT+1 is unexpected as we normally have CTRL+SHIFT and + and CTRL+SHIFT and - for most browsers like Chrome and Firefox using UK or US keyboards.
Considering most laptops don't have numeric keyboards separately, this can throw a lot of students.

Yes, you should be able to allow the browser window toolbar in the user interface tab and disable navigation in the browser tab. The zoom keyboard combinations will be fixed with version 3.2, this is a known issue.

Thanks for the prompt response again - that piece of advice has resolved my issue with the navigation buttons and being able to hide them.

Good to know there is a fix for the zoom with the keyboard keys coming.
