#1 Change Commit/Abort to Save/Cancel (UI Issue)

Here are a couple changes which I think you should
have a vote on:
a) Changing Commit/Abort to Save/Cancel everywhere --
doing this
eventually means that we'll need to bind ctl-s to
something like
save-everything, displacing a few of the other standard
keybindings. I
think this is a very good idea, personally.

Has this been finished? I think it's solved and can be
closed, though I don't know if it needs some more work.

This still needs to be changed in the menus, and the
shortcuts in .sheetsrc need to be changed to reflect this.
