#41 MIDI Sample Dump Module

Hi Chris,
Here's a sox module to support Midi "Sample Dump Standard" format. I wrote this to "rescue" a really nice old Akai sampler from oblivion, as I had no disks, and no way to transfer sounds into it.
All midi samplers can receive sounds via the midi serial interface (albeit slowly!). There are many programs which will dump files containing arbitary data (sysex - system exclusive), so once a sound file is converted to sysex/sds format it can be transfered to ANY sampler.
The routines to read the sysex data are slightly less usefull, but I added them for completeness.
