like the link management,I think may be there is a same function in the plugin sidebar management,move sidebar section up ,section down.

I'd like to be able to move the Menu sub section below the Avatar sub section and move the links sub section below the Menu sub section.

You can move the menu blocks around on the right hand side in your SPB (Simple PHP Blog) page by modifying the ../themes/modern/themes.php page towards the bottom. In my case, I'm using the "modern" theme. Blocksmenu movethem upor downor hide
