Refine the fake UTC-0500 thing in dump3.
Using GMT1() didn't work, as answer3.date was not aware. So fake it.
Use new class GMT1 as mytz in dump3.
Do datetime.now() correctly.

Convert all datetimes in dump3 into current timezone.
Do dump3 time column value correctly.
In dump3, cut off time at the second level.
Add time to dump3.
