This is a patch against the public release of Webmin
1.271 to enable 3 options in OpenSSH (not sure of other
severs/clients), changes outlined below.

Authentication:
+ Display "Last login" at login? - Added to make use
of the PrintLastLog option in openssh.
+ Map resolved hostname to IP address - Added to make
use of the UseDNS option in openssh > 3.7

Networking:
* Disconnect if client has crashed? - Updated to make
use of TCPKeepAlive rather than the obsoleted KeepAlive
option in openssh.
