First Word doc for WS. Currently includes some info on shared authentication based on issues encountered with multiple virtual directories running WS under one web site with encrypted cookies.

Reverted some code (XContainer, SQLAuthenticator, XButton) to older version due to incompatibility and compile issues. Still includes rendering changes to XButton. Added new buttonvisible property to allow hiding individual button instances in a repeating section.
