No developer docs available yet, but note that the downloadable source zip for WLHostMachineStats includes both an Ant buildfile (build.xml) and an Eclipse/OEPE project file (.project), so if you are familiar with either of these two tools, you should not have too much trouble working out how to change, further develop and build WLHostMachineStats.
