to run:
./autogen.sh ; ./configure ; make

To use:
apply patch
mv src xmlrpcpp (or - ln si src xmlrpcpp)
sh autogen.sh
./configure
make
To make test-programs:
make check

tested on debian unstable using autoconf 2.57 and automake
1.7.6
