The plugin shows AIS targets in a Radar style view with the own ship in the center. Various ranges can be selected and both course-up/north-up views are supported

    The copy downloaded here didn't work with OpenCPN 3.0.0 - didn't show up in the plugins list. Copy available at the plugins page on the OpenCPN website works.
