GNAT release 1.3 binaries
--------------------------

This binary release provides Java libraries (jars) and BASH scripts to replace
the corresponding files from version 1.2. There are no additional dictionaries
or other data contained in this binary release.

Main files updated/included:
- lib/gnat.jar
- scripts/stopDictionary.sh
- config/taxonToServerPort.txt

These binaries match the SVN source code up until August 27, 2015.
