This is a fantastic product! We had looked at a couple of other products some $$$. This product does almost exactly what the others do, but the interface is very simple to use. I'm no Linux guru, and even I have been able to get it to work with a little effort. I have no experience with "Support", so only marked it as "Good" based on the limited documentation available for the product.
