Pros: Classter has many uses and we're growing into them every year. The support team is quick and helpful.

Cons: Some of the functions don't work as described at first use and need the support team to either guide us through the intricacies of the new settings or fix things on the back end.

Overall: Classter does what we needed it to do for application management and every year we add more and more uses.

Pros: The system is customizable, scalable and intuitive for students and lecturers. The Dashboard is particularly helpful in this regard.

Cons: The background admin take a little time to get used to but the support from Classter helps you through it.

Overall: Has been a good, progressive launch into our institution. It is reliable, engaging and support is always available.

Cons: - UX could benefit from an overall update to feel a bit more 'fresh'

Overall: We chose Classter as our SIS after a thorough analysis. As a European based higher education institution it was the best option by far.
After the first year of use we are overall very satisfied with our choice.

Pros: CLASSTER is a comprehensive tool, for academic pupose, easy to use and flexible.
We are a Business school based on the US academic system and Classter correspond to our needs.

Cons: While this tool is adapted to the US academic system, it is a little more challenging to use in the French Administrative way.

Overall: We start to implement Classter during this summer as we needed to change our LMS system.
We have been helped all the way during the implementation process.
The support is really reactive, they answer really quickly when we have questions.

Pros: User friendly Interface with 3rd party tools and platforms integration.

Cons: The mobile app doesn't support platform full functionality

Pros: it is a program that will upgrade the possibilities we have as a school. Students will be able to see their courses, their grades and their progress.

Cons: The only negative is that it is a very complex platform that, despite the many features, may confuse students a bit.

Overall: The year is off to a great start and students have started learning the basic functions. We had the help of the company to add the database.

Pros: I love that they teach you how to use the backend of the system to equip you with the tools to continue to make changes as you move toward a student information system that best suits your school.

Cons: Some of the fields and sections that might be unnecessary cannot be removed, but rather stay and are just left unused, but that isn't make or break.

Overall: Classter has been very responsive at all hours of the day. To the point that sometimes when you email you feel bad as you may get a response at very late hours of the day for them. Such a dedicated team at Classter.

Cons: - There are still a few unnecessary fields that are not needed for our business.
- Can search by name but not ID number
- Doesn't really have enough for the immigration section. They have fields for the student visa and study permit, but not separate boxes for different types of visas and study permits. There is also no section for if students have an eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) or if they are a resident with Permanent Residence.

Overall: Overall, I am very happy with this database. I like how easy it is to use the filters and customize your account.

Cons: Classter still needs to work a little on the receipts for the payments received.

Cons: It takes time to see information, which makes it slow at times. There should be a column for evidencing if the student has an agent or is a retailer (Agency/retail).

- Not being able to change the order of Educational Program.

Overall: I would be 100% satisfied if it generates agent receipt. I am not sure why Classter doesn't have the ability as it can create agent invoice.
