Pros: We use it as a service for streamlining our signatures for existing and new users alike. Changing the signatures for events, holidays etc. is a breeze and works in seconds - what's not to like?

Cons: We had to change up our existing AD infrastructure a bit in order for CodeTwo to work flawlessly. So there's a bit of onboarding, but then it's a go!

Overall: We had no trouble whatsoever, and whenever we had questions, the support was there to help us. The service is really nice and dependable.

Pros: Setup and configuration is fast, easy to learn, many functions and granular setup enables many workflows

Cons: The interface for administration of billing is a little bit confusing

Overall: Code two is the number one solution when you need to administer different signatures for different markets or countries.

Cons: So far, I haven't encountered any drawbacks. The system runs smoothly, reliably, and meets all expectations.

Pros: It's designed to be super simple, so that, for example, the marketing team can now adjust the design themselves. Me as IT Engineer only need to help if something needs to be done on the Exchange or Active Directory

Cons: You cannot directly select whether you do not want to have a signature on a particular client, but I have regulated this with a rule in the Exchange Connector.

Pros: Easy to Setup and integrate into an MS365 Tenant. We use the Hybrid Configuration and the Wizard creates everything correctly.
Signatures are easy to create and the Placeholders are a powerful tool.

Cons: If you have users with multiple accounts, shared mailboxes, and multiple signatures at once, setting up can be challenging, but it's possible.

Overall: We are very Happy with CodeTwo. The goal we wanted to achieve was for the whole company to present itself in a unified manner. We have succeeded in doing so.

Overall: CodeTwo is a very good signature software. We have been successfully operating several customers with CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro for years and are gradually migrating them to Signatures 365. We have opened many support tickets in all this time and have always been able to speak of professional support that works in a solution-oriented manner.
The connection to M365 is very simple and intuitive to use.
Handling HTML formatted texts and other properties can be a bit tricky in Signatures 365.
However, we will continue to rely on CodeTwo here in the future.

Pros: the initial configuration was really easy and since then there were no problems. It is very simple to use for the user. the adaption and changing of an signature template is very easy.

Cons: the sync of a new AD-Group needs some time, but if the structure you need is once set up the little issue becomes irrelevant

Pros: I like the simplicity of the software as a whole. Both the setup of the basic setup with Microsoft365 and the creation and management of the signatures themselves are guided by a wizard. The manufacturer's website provides all the information you need, including a detailed explanation of the various functions. The support is also outstanding and responds promptly.

Pros: CodeTwo makes it much easier to have standardised and uniform email signatures. This ensures that the current signature is used at all times and you can design and activate signatures specifically for individual users.

We had a few issues with the inserted signatures, as they weren't inserted in the intended location.

Overall: The option to increase licences is also simple and we certainly haven't used all of CodeTwo's options yet.

Cons: One little thing: Quickly integrate call to actions into placeholders actually not usable.

Pros: Ability to assign signature design rights to individual users or groups. aka marking. Thy don't need to be exchange admin rights holders to update templates.
You can synchronize and utilize custom AD attributes.
I absolutely love the time/date rule for adding on extra into to signatures. Setup yearly notices what auto appear based on the time of year is fantastic.

Cons: Not able to change an embedded hyperlinks within a replace text the dreaded default Get Outlook Mobile.

Overall: Tested many signature products. I keep recommending only CodeTwo & there is a reason, it just works with out issues!

Pros: An easy-to-use solution with a lot of ancillary features to solve issues related to deploying consistent, branded email signatures company-wide. Works great on Mac now too.

Cons: Nothing major. Sometimes retina logos can be downscaled when the image is embedded into Outlook. Also the notification that appears when a signature is automatically inserted seems unnecessary.

Overall: Very satisfied with this product. It will solves a big problem in a smart and well-designed way. In fact, I don't know what I would do without it!

Overall: CodeTwo is a super easy email signature tool. It is highly customizable, too. We use the hybrid solution to handle any mail client. The signature design tool is also very intuitive.
