Pros: What I like about GanttPro is the multiple features that it contains and the amount of tools that it has under one single platform that performs very good, it is a tool which main feature is the ability to create Gantt charts and visualize all projects and tasks on them, I have to say that Gantt charts are my favorite way of managing projects because I think that they are very intuitive and help understand the cycle of the project and all of its stages, as well as seeing the entire team and the tasks on them, it is a smart way to get a very clean picture of what is going on with each project. That being said, GanttPro is the perfect solution to build these type of charts and make them look extremely beautiful and totally functional, with their different views and ways to customize the entire management of it, it is specifically created to save time and start working on the project right away, being able to break it down onto different areas and get a better focus of the entire theme and tasks.

Cons: I think that GanttPro is a software that does not have many downsides and the ones that it has it works incredibly fast to improve them and provide newer updates with more functional tools, right now I wish the calendar view was more customizable to be able to choose the preferred one, it is not as intuitive as I would like it and the scheduling option also does not work how I would like it to, with more customization options this issue could be resolved quickly. I have also experienced difficulties customizing the charts once the project becomes too big and there is much information, I would love to see automation tools being added to help organize the charts for bigger projects and provide a helpful hand to save time and to still be able to have a clear view of everything.

Overall: GanttPro continues to be a software that I love using and it continues to provide a good and worth-it experience thanks to the way that it functions and the way it allows for the management of planning and creating task hierarchies in the projects, it is a tool that becomes very helpful when you are doing a lot of tasks and do not know where or when to start working on certain tasks, this allows you to have more organization and have your team become more responsible and hand in everything when it is due, no more late projects and no more rushing to finish anything, because this software allows you to go at your own pace and complete everything at the right time. I think that it is a very easy to use solution that anyone can use and integrate into the business, and I think that it is able to handle multiple projects at the same time without it feeling too overwhelming, with the right organization of the gantt charts, it can become a software that accompanies you every time and helps finish everything successfully; for me, it is solving several issues within my business that we did not know how to fix, one of them being the efficiency in which we finished everything, we used to lack a lot on this area but we don't anymore, and a lot of the credit has to go to the implementation of a software that can help with that, in this case it is GanttPro.

Pros: Very easy to learn.
Even for a new user like me, it was way too simple to understand and create a project.

Cons: Unable to choose colors for different tasks and items.

Overall: Happy to find this and way too simple and easy to use. I could create my project plan way too quickly.

Pros: GanttPRO is a fairly student-friendly, simple and convenient tool for me to create my gantt chart. Specifically, I can either enter exact dates or drag the bars to decide the time period of each subtask and main task. There are, furthermore, many “ZOOM” settings I can choose to create long-term or short-term projects. Another key point is that I can export various types of files from my gantt chart including PDF and PNG. Without its help I will not be able to finish the challenging assignments of my art administration course.

Cons: There are limited colors for the tasks in the trial version. The mechanism of main task and subtask is a little bit tricky, and I cannot hide any tasks I want to hide (e.g. main tasks). (maybe just in the trial version)

Overall: Overall, it is a tool useful for art students similar to me. It can help me to save my time when I want to create a gantt chart. It is more powerful than any other free gantt chart generation tool. If you are looking for a gantt chart creator, do not hesitate to try GanttPRO!

Pros: It is easy to setup, easy to learn how to use and it combines two very important features, the gantt chart view, for traditional evaluation of the project with a Kanban Board view.
This allows me to use just one tool to teach both concepts and to help my students to understand that both approaches are possible to combine at one project.

Overall: I use GanttPRO for teaching Project Management at Portuguese Civil Servants School and I found it very useful.

I also found the interface very intuitive, with all the main functions at hand, ready to be used with just one click!

Pros: Pop-up tips are very helpful to first-time users. The button lay-outs are very easy to understand. Starters will be guided all throughout by the user-friendly interface of the platform. The flexibility of this app is a viable solution for users from all walks of life.

Cons: Trial period should have been longer, say a month at least.

Overall: I just started using the GanttPro app. So, far I have not met any problem yet as the interface of the app is very user-friendly.

Pros: Very user-friendly, easy to understand and navigate. Exceptional features and templates which includes GANTT, WBS and many others. The system allows for easy undo and redo of tasks. As well as, the system automatically saves the records without an issue.

Overall: Highly recommended product for professionals, university students and business companies. It is very affordable for all especially team of 5 or less. Allow for export in Excel, PDF and PNG.

Pros: It is absolutely professional and easy to use. It provides so many options for planning and timeline according to different fields. One can easily create a gantt chart in minimum time without compromising on quality.

Pros: The design of the software is concise and very user friendly for those who are only just getting started with it like me. And it's easy to understand how the buttons and other things work. In previous simulations of individual training projects, progress estimates were not recorded in detail and there was no good tool to expand the record when requirements changed. This software was a good solution to my problem. I can set the timeline for the project and add tasks flexibly. It is also a good way to improve the efficiency of multi-person teamwork projects.

Cons: The only problem at the moment is the short trial period, which expires halfway through the project.

Overall: This is a very useful project software that has helped me a lot with my studies. It's friendly and offers a student discount, which is really great.

Pros: Fantastic online app that simplified the process of creating a Gantt chart and makes it easy to edit, export and share the chart. I love the ability to share the chart with others in our project so they can update the status of their workstreams. I have also found the reports feature very helpful when I need to export. The workload feature is also great at making sure work is distributed evenly across team members. I have found it to be very helpful in keeping track of tasks and sending notifications and reminders if something needs to be completed.

Cons: No cons have been found at the time of writing this.

Overall: I have been using it regularly across multiple projects and have found it to be the best solution available.

Pros: The application is easy to use, and easy to understand. I liked how it helps you to set the timeline for the project by detecting the last date of the last task. Having the flexibility of adding multiple tasks and milestones is great! Enjoying it.

Cons: -Would be nice to have color options for the task, sub tasks, and milestones
-Couldn't find any setting for keeping track of the week number of the project. On the top, it only shows the calendar week numbers. Would be nice to have the option to see the week number of the project on the top
-Would be nice to have personal preference on how to view the timeline. (The board on the right) For example, if I am selecting months view, there could be an option to select which month to which month etc.
-The dependency feature seemed little complex.

Overall: Over all it's a great experience! I am using the tool for my final-year project! I like the flexibility of this application. It has lots of features that are very useful!

Pros: I love the ease in which GanttPro operates. It is very intuitive and not clunky like some of the others I've used in the past. Using the gantt platform I feel more in control of my time and project efficiency.

Cons: It is hard to find much to complain about with this platform. Although, as of now, and to the best of my knowledge, GanttPro does not have a mobile app. It would be great to easily see my tasks and workload on the go.

Overall: I love it! As a visual person it's great to have a map of my projects and time. This platform specifically has many added features that make it stand out. Having the ability to view a list of upcoming tasks, assign items to individuals, track time on tasks, add attachments and notes, and create custom reports makes this more that just a gantt chart generator. It could easily be used as a primary source for project management within smaller groups.

Cons: In all honesty, I have not come across anything that I dislike about GanttPRO.

Overall: As a beginner to construction scheduling, I was very nervous about being able to create an easy to understand yet comprehensive schedule, and I have found that GanttPRO does all the heavy lifting. All you have to do is input your tasks, and it does the rest. This is great for those who do not want to pay high prices for scheduling software. GanttPRO can compete with those expensive software while coming at a reasonable price which is awesome. I would highly recommend.

Pros: This tool is very well-rounded and pretty easy to use. It has a lot of functionalities, and will definitely make your project management easier, mainly with its Team Synchronization assets.
It is very well designed and looks professional. Besides, you can export your chart in many useful formats (PDF, PNG, XML, and EXCEL) or even share a link with your coworkers so they can dynamically keep track of the work.

Pros: Viewing and exporting feature are super helpful when you need to share the info with someone outside of your organization. The ability to share charts and organize users for specific access and control is very helpful.

Cons: Sometimes after changing any parameters in the task it didn't save. But it was on start, now I know, how to do it correct.

Comparing other softwares on the internet, GanttPRO is one of the most complete and intuitive. Satisfied with the experience provided.

Pros: GanttPRO is definitely the best, as well as the easiest tool that I've found for making in depth, detailed Gantt charts that not only look good, but are highly functional with a super intuitive interface. It's definitely a lifesaver so far.

Cons: I can't really think of anything. I suppose a some software for iPad etc. would be nice, but it's fine the way is it as well.

Overall: It's been great overall and I'm super glad that I ended up switching from my old chart creation software, as it was starting to give me headaches on a constant basis.
