Pros: The team is always available to support the team at any time of the day which is a very positive matter.

Cons: On some occasions the actual problem is not always shared with us so we don't get to know what went wrong.

Overall: Overall the experience is very positive knowing that you have a support team you can always count on for support at any time.

Pros: The platform is straight forward with multiple functionalities serving different needs:
- Restream to social media
- Transcode
- AI features (Transcript, screening)
- Video Editor (chapters)
- Advanced Player with API integration

On top of that, the solution is always getting updated with a strong team behind it to support.

Cons: The folder structure and media library is basic and can be improved.

Overall: After 2+ years of using the system, we are satisfied with the service, we are excited what the new coming features and functionalities that might come in the roadmap ahead.

Pros: The staff are all really professional, the company has great culture and values, and they apply well training programs.

Cons: Sometimes videos are stuck in pending mode (not processed quickly).

Overall: We are satisfied for all the features, usually we don’t receive any complaint from all teams that use KWIKmotion daily.

Pros: The most thing that I like about KWIKmotion that the developers in this tool are listening to all suggestions and really keen to improve the tool always, you just need to highlight what you want and KWIKmotion team comes to you with different suggestions to choose from.

Also the Technical Support is available 24 hours so whenever you face any problems they reply on time and fix the issue fast.
The tool provide a high quality videos and that's helps in increasing the quality on our Social Media.

Cons: This is something not from the solution, but it would be great if there is a way to work on clipping from a pre-recorded video instead of live to insure the part is correct. Now we have the Edit solution which of great but if we have a place that the live goes recorded there and you can pause and take the parts this will be a great value to the tool as well.

Overall: I love it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to do their work fast and in good quality and work with a team that response fast to fix any issues.

Pros: Quick in sending to Sprinklr.
Good quality.
Ability to download the clip quickly.
Quick response from your team in editing and strengthening the usage.

Cons: Not accurate in and out we must go to edit button so more time spent.
Need a library saving all the cut clips not for 24 hours only.

Overall: It was great for me in everything but last week the in and out was not accurate and we need a solution for it.
