Medsender

Pros: I like the aesthetics.
I like the ease of use.
I like the multifunction PDF editor and organizer that is with in the system.
I like the intuitive thought that is behind the design of the system.
I like the organizational components that the system offers
I like the time and money that is saved for my employees and pocketbook by utilizing Medsender.

Cons: I don't like how long we went without switching to Medsender.

Overall: This product is the Easy & Obvious right decision for any company that is using Ring Central currently and wants to save time and money.
Medsender is more than just a send and receive fax program. Medsender automatically build your address book each time you send/receive a fax. Medsender's ability to integrate with EMR systems is unparalleled. The AI technology that Medsender utilizes is removing busy work for my front office employees. This is a direct addition of time for my employees.

Medsender's support team is knowledgeable and are eager to help you solve any of your issues that you're having.

Pros: The ability to store & access files in a software with patient names and date of birth is like no other. We are able to utilize the incoming faxes as a working queue of what is pending vs complete. We also utilize the uploaded faxes to store fillable forms.

Cons: I wish we found it sooner, this resolution has increased efficiency. Would like the ability to merge received records though!

Overall: Using Medsender has increased our proficiency as company & provided us with the opportunity to care for patients in a more timely manner.

Pros: It is so simple and quick to upload, modify or sign documents in Medsender. The AI features are awesome! It is accessible from anywhere and the customer service response time is fantastic. The development team is constantly making improvements to the platform, making an already amazing product even better!

Cons: I only wish we moved from our old fax system sooner!

Overall: A huge portion of our business runs through fax. Medsender is an easy to use, HIPAA compliant tool that seamlessly integrates with our EMR. The tools within Medsender have improved our business's productivity and I am so happy we found them!

Pros: Medsender has made so our clinic processes so much smoother, easier, and faster. Medsender has been extremely reliable - we have not had any issues with performance since we signed on. Because Medsender integrates directly with our online EHR, we are able to send consultation reports/records/notes etc to other providers so easily and securely. This functionality alone cuts this process steps down from about 10 steps to 4 steps. In addition, because Medsender can all faxes coming in... we have been able to switch to a VOI Phone System program that is quite a bit cheaper! Medsender definitely pays for itself and is one of the best tech investments that my company has made.

Cons: No significant cons that I can think of... i would like to see a larger area/space for "memo" when sending fax to outside provider. One of the great things we have been able to easily implement since starting Medsender - is to immediately respond by fax - confirmation that we have received a referral from an outside source (clinic/therapist/hosp/physician/etc). Immediately after signing a Consult Report/H&P - we can also upload straight to Medsender and fax the report to the referring provider.... it is FANTASTIC!
Also we are no longer missing consults "lost in faxes." Total blessing.

Pros: We use this product across 4 locations and receive dozens of faxes electronically each day. Medsender makes it extremely easy to track, locate and forward these documents. We can do faxing for all our locations from one central database.

Cons: Early iterations of the admin interface were clunky but this has been improved immensely. The dev team is very responsible to feedback.

Overall: Never going back to paper faxes! The improvement in productivity has been exponential. And we save money on toner and paper to boot!

Pros: Medsender’s website is very user friendly! Medsender has saved me so much time and energy by eliminating my need for a fax machine.

Cons: I don’t have any cons to disclose for this service.

Overall: Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with what Medsender has to offer and would highly recommend it to others!
